Healthcare Trust of America has acquired three facilities that house hospitals leased to and operated by Community Health Systems, according to a report by the Phoenix Business Journal.
The three facilities in San Angelo, Texas, Corsicana, Texas, and Fort Wayne, Ind., total 92,500 square feet.
The facilities will continue to be operated by CHS and bring Healthcare Trust’s portfolio to 6.4 million square feet, according to the report.
