Greg Van Pelt Named CEO of Providence in Oregon

Greg Van Pelt has been named CEO of Providence Health & Services’ Oregon region effective July 1, according to a report in the Portland Business Journal.

Mr. Van Pelt has been with Providence, a five-state hospital system, for 34 years, and was most recently an executive vice president of the system.

He replaces Russ Danielson, who announced his retirement plans earlier this year, according to the report.
