Delaware Valley ACO (Villanova, Pa.). Delaware Valley ACO participates in the Medicare Shared Savings Program and includes more than 670 primary care physicians. Delaware Valley ACO is owned by Bryn Mawr, Pa.-based Main Line Health; Philadelphia-based Jefferson University Hospitals; and Philadelphia-based Magee Rehab. The ACO also holds three performance-based contracts with private payers.
