La Peer Health System named Mr. Brazell CEO in March 2017, a pivotal time as its Beverly Hills’ outpatient center expanded its physician team. Mr. Brazell was previously senior director of operations for Surgical Care Affiliates’ DISC Sports & Spine Center in Marina del Rey, Calif., and vice president of operations for Riverside, Calif.-based ONRAD Medical Group.
