The hospital is a partnership between physicians from the Renaissance Surgical Center and PinPoint Commercial, a local real estate developer.

Humble Surgical Hospital will allow the ASC physicians to offer additional services including endoscopic spine services and robotic surgical procedures. Other surgical services available at the hospital will include orthopedics, plastics, ENT, sinus and general surgery. It will feature six ORs, an ER, two treatment rooms and 19 recovery rooms.

An existing building in Humble is being retrofitted to house the new facility at a cost of at least $10 million, according to the report.

Once the hospital opens, Renaissance Surgical Center will be converted to physician offices.
