Collaborative Health ACO (Natick, Mass.). Collaborative Health ACO is a joint venture between Worcester, Mass.-based Saint Vincent Hospital and MetroWest Accountable Care Organization, which is comprised of Boston area primary care physicians and specialists. Collaborative Health ACO launched in 2013 as part of the Medicare Shared Savings Program.
