Coastal Medical (Providence, R.I.). Coastal Medical launched its ACO in July 2012 as part of the Medicare Shared Savings Program. The ACO earned a 100 percent MSSP quality score for 2015. The 125-clinican medical group also began an ACO with UnitedHealthcare in April 2013.
