CHRISTUS Health Plan to offer ACA plans in Texas

For 2017, Dallas, Texas-based health insurer CHRISTUS Health Plan will offer individual and family coverage through Texas’s Affordable Care Act exchange for Tyler, Texas-based CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System.

The plan will be available in Cherokee, Smith and Wood counties. It is the only ACA individual or family plan that is in-network with CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System.   

Plans will be available for open enrollment beginning Nov. 1.
