The Children’s Orthopaedic Center at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles features a variety of programs and services, including bone and soft tissue tumors, hip disorders, hand and microsurgery and a children’s spine center. The Center sees more than 21,000 outpatient visits and physicians perform 1,600 operative procedures every year. The Center also has one of the country’s highest case volumes of pediatric spinal deformities in the country and the region’s highest case volumes of pediatric bone tumor and congenital hand deformities. The hospital is ranked No. 2 in the country for pediatric orthopedics by U.S. News & World Report for 2014-15 and is Magnet-designated by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
