Mr. Morgan — who was recently appointed CFO, effective Nov. 1 — previously served as vice president and division CFO of Franklin, Tenn.-based Capella Healthcare and vice president and market CFO of Capella/Saint Thomas Health, a joint venture of Capella Healthcare and Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health.
Before joining Capella, he was CFO of Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Ky., for a decade. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Murray (Ky.) State University.
