Before becoming CFO at the 475-bed Florida facility in August 2013, Mr. Didenko served as the CFO and COO of Florida Hospital Heartland, a three-hospital system based in Sebring, Fla. At Heartland, he oversaw strategic financial management of three hospitals, clinical departments, an imaging center, a joint-ventured ambulatory surgery center and 42 employed physicians and physician extender providers.
Before that, Mr. Didenko held various positions with Naples, Fla.-based Health Management Associates, including CFO of Hernando Healthcare, which encompasses Brooksville (Fla.) Regional Hospital and Spring Hill (Fla.) Regional Hospital.
He earned his certified public accountant certification and completed a master’s of business administration at DePaul University in Chicago.
