Centene subsidiary to fill Nevada counties lacking ACA exchange insurer

Las Vegas-based SilverSummit Healthplan, a subsidiary of St. Louis-based Centene, will offer its Ambetter ACA marketplace product in Nevada next year, filling all counties lacking an individual exchange product.

SilverSummit expects to sell its plan in all of Nevada’s 17 counties for 2018.

SilverSummit also partnered with Hometown Health in Reno, Nev., to use its provider network.
