Redox provides healthcare organizations and technology vendors with a cloud-based platform to consolidate patient data from their EHR systems. The startup standardizes patient data in a vendor-agnostic application programing interface, creating a central hub through which participating organizations can exchange information with their partners.
Through the collaboration with Redox, Brigham Health officials said they hope to more quickly pilot and deploy digital health technologies into the health system.
“This platform will allow us to efficiently and securely share information and data that are essential to supporting the development of novel technologies that have the potential to ultimately improve the care of our patients,” said Adam Landman, MD, CIO of Boston-based Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
