BCBSTX will expand its Medicare Advantage health maintenance organization and preferred provider organization plans to the Houston, El Paso and South Texas areas.
Three Medicare Advantage plans — Blue Cross Medicare Advantage HMO, Blue Cross Medicare Advantage PPO and Blue Cross MedicareRx prescription drug plans — will be available for enrollment through Dec. 7. All plans are effective Jan. 1.
