For the offering, BCBS of Massachusetts worked with PillPack to develop a digital solution so members with multiple prescriptions can switch to PillPack within their MyBlue member app or website. The program is available to fully insured members who are taking multiple medications.

BCBS of Massachusetts said it’s the first health plan to offer this kind of digital sign up integration with PillPack. PillPack allows users to order, pay for, track and get their prescriptions automatically delivered to their home for no fee.
