Organizations seeking to participate must submit a non-binding letter of intent by May 4. Applications are then to be submitted in two stages. A narrative portion of the application is due May 18, followed by the proposed Next Generation Participant Provider lists and a list of Next Generation ACO Service Areas due June 9.
