Anthem and doc.ai began collaborating in 2018; since then, Anthem has licensed the company’s COVID-19 evaluation tool to help support safe entries back to the workplace as well as a mental health chatbot companion that helps users manage anxiety and depression.

Anthem uses doc.ai’s cloud infrastructure to launch its digital health products. Rajeev Ronanki, senior vice president and chief digital officer at Anthem, said the health insurer will work with doc.ai over the next five years to continue releasing technologies that create a simpler healthcare experience for consumers.
