UAB Medical West Hospital in Bessemer, Ala., has named Tom R. McDougal, Jr., its new CEO, according to a report by the Birmingham Business Journal.
Mr. McDougal will succeed interim CEO Don Lilly.
Mr. McDougal currently serves as CEO of Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster, S.C., and has previously served as CEO at Parkway Medical Center in Decatur, Ala.
