Settlement details between the parties were not disclosed, according to Bloomberg Law

The initial lawsuit was filed in 2020 against the guild’s health plan coverage denial of ovarian cyst treatment.

The plan claimed the cyst treatment was related to infertility, but needed the treatment for conditions completely unrelated to infertility to prevent them from worsening further.
