Physician specialties most, least interested in telemedicine jobs

Among physician specialists, radiologists tend to be the most interested in telemedicine job opportunities, while anesthesiologists showed the least interest, according to a report by Doximity, an online medical professional network.

For the report, data from Doximity on interest in job postings was used. Engagement was defined as a physician responding to a job posting by clicking on it to find out more, or submitting a resume or scheduling a call.

The Doximity network membership includes 70 percent of all U.S. physicians.

Here are the 15 specialties most interested in telemedicine jobs:

7. Pediatrics
8. Emergency Medicine
