Nearly 1 in 4 healthcare organizations are unsatisfied with or want to replace telehealth platform

Jackie Drees -

While telehealth has appeared to cement its place in healthcare delivery, about one-fourth of provider, payer and employer organizations are not happy with their current platforms, according to KLAS Research.

For its Telehealth Performance 2020 report, KLAS Research analyzed virtual care insights based on interviews with 277 provider, payer and employer organizations about their satisfaction with their telehealth platforms.

When asked if their platform is likely to be replaced, 76 percent of respondents said no and that they are satisfied or highly satisfied with their current solution. However, 12 percent of respondents said that they are dissatisfied or would not buy their platform again followed by another 12 percent who said they don't plan to have their current platform long term.
