InTouch Health and Vivify Health are partnering to integrate Vivify Health's remote care management solutions with InTouch Health's telehealth platform.
The partnership will allow physicians to remotely manage high-risk patients using Vivify Health's mobile patient engagement and monitoring solutions from within InTouch's telehealth platform.

This enables timely access to high quality care through telehealth, regardless of if the patient is in an acute, ambulatory or home setting."
