InTouch Health and Vivify Health announced a partnership to integrate Vivify Health’s solutions with InTouch Health’s telehealth platform. The integration will enable clinicians to remotely manage high-risk patients outside the clinical environment using Vivify Health’s suite of patient engagement and monitoring solutions, from within InTouch Health’s telehealth platform.
