8 health orgs offering free services for Hurricane Florence victims

All along the Southeastern coast, residents and businesses are preparing for Hurricane Florence, which was downgraded from a Category 4 storm to a Category 2 on Sept. 13., according to The New York Times.

As hospitals issue medical evacuation orders, stock supplies and develop disaster-response plans, telehealth vendors, payers and other healthcare organizations are offering free telehealth services so patients can receive care virtually.
