“Administrators should include couriers, which are often inconsistent in their pricing, as well as private fleets, which may be associated with hidden soft costs,” says Brad Wilson, Vice President of OptiFreight Logistics. Looking at the total freight spend, including courier, same day, private fleet, and large freight, could identify that as much as half of your total freight spend has gone uncoordinated and unmanaged.
