Amazon offers workers $10K and 3 months pay to quit, start their own delivery companies

Amazon will pay workers $10,000 and three months of their existing pay to quit and start their own package delivery companies, according to CNBC.

The offer extends the company's "pay to quit" program, which aims to discourage employees from staying with the company if they are unhappy.

It also aligns with Amazon's efforts to find new delivery options and partners.

The new incentive program aims to help workers with startup costs of a new business.
