Fresenius Medical Care is recalling more than 374,000 syringes distributed across the U.S.

In a Class I recall, the most serious type, a New Jersey drugmaker is removing 17,376 drug cartons from the market because of a cross-contamination risk. 

Smiths Medical, an entity of ICU Medical, is recalling more than 108,000 syringe pumps because a false alarm may sound.

Louisville, Ky.-based Baptist Health is centralizing its supply chain operations to establish a consolidated pharmacy service center, according to an Oct. 4 news release.

Medline's 710,000-square-foot distribution center in Salt Lake City is now fully operational, the healthcare supply company said Sept. 26.
