Quicken Loans launches concierge health center for employees

Quicken Loans opened a concierge health and well-being center for employees Oct. 15 through a partnership with Premise Health, a direct healthcare provider based in Brentwood, Tenn.

The health center, called Rock Health Collective, includes a pharmacy, primary care, urgent care, physical therapy, care navigation, wellness coaching, behavioral health and chiropractic services. Based in downtown Detroit, the Rock Health Collective is meant to be a hub for 17,000 Detroit-based employees of Quicken Loans and the "Rock Family of Companies," a portfolio of more than 100 companies invested in by Quicken Loans founder Dan Gilbert. The Rock Family of Companies includes Benzinga, a financial media outlet, and the Shinola Hotel, a hotel launched by the eponymous watch-maker and Bedrock, a real estate firm also part of the Rock Family.

"Giving our team members the best health and well-being benefits has always been our priority. Our mission is to invest in our team members and their entire life — including physical health, well-being, financial stability and career development," Quicken Loans Chief People Officer Mike Malloy said in a press release. "With the Rock Health Collective, care and world-class service are coming to our team members right here in downtown Detroit."
