Marriottsville, Md.-based Bon Secours Health System and Abilene, Texas-based Hendrick Medical Center were among 39 organizations that received the 2018 Gallup Great Workplace Award.
Gallup noted the organizations named to this year's list understand employee engagement represents a major driving factor in business excellence. The organization created the Gallup Great Workplace Award to recognize the efforts of companies that can successfully create an engaged workplace culture.
