10 healthiest, unhealthiest US cities, ranked by WalletHub

San Francisco is the healthiest city to live in the U.S., according to an analysis by personal finance website WalletHub. 

To determine the healthiest and unhealthiest U.S. cities, WalletHub analysts compared more than 170 cities — including the 150 most populated ones, plus at least two of the most populated cities in each state — on four key dimensions: healthcare, food, fitness and green space, using 43 metrics. Each metric was graded on a 100-point scale, with 100 representing the most favorable conditions for a healthy lifestyle.
