UT Southwestern Posts Quality Data for Hospitals, Clinics Online

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas has begun to post quality and performance data for its hospitals and clinics on its website, according to a D Magazine report.

The website is meant to be both a resource for current and potential patients, as well as an internal motivator for clinical staff, according to the report. 

The data is broken down into four main categories, according to the report:

•    Best practices and core measures
•    Clinical outcomes
•    Patient safety
•    Patient satisfaction
