Quest Diagnostics named Gabrielle Wolfson, a veteran IT business leader, as the company's new senior vice president and chief information and digital officer.
Three things to know:
1. Ms. Wolfson will oversee Quest Diagnostics' ventures in IT, data informatics and digital solutions.
2. She will also lead the company's Quanum suite of health IT solutions and data analytics, as well as its myQuest patient portal and mobile app.
3. Prior to joining Quest Diagnostics, Ms. Wolfson served as CIO at Xerox Corp., Integra Life Sciences and Par Pharmaceutical.
"Ms. Wolfson is a dynamic business and technology leader with a proven record of harnessing technology and data to create strong businesses and engaged, loyal customers," Quest Diagnostics CEO Steve Rusckowski said in a news release. "She has the vision, experience and business acumen to help Quest improve the way we use technology to create great experiences for consumers, employees, healthcare providers and payers."
