Kairos Wins Federal Contract to Develop Quality Report Cards for Providers

Chicago-based Kairos Consulting Worldwide has won a contract with CMS to create healthcare-specific measures for Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act-mandated public report cards for healthcare quality.

The contract is part of CMS’ Measure and Instrument Development and Support program. As part of the deal, Kairos will provide business and change management support to CMS as the agency pilots and rolls out healthcare-specific public reporting measures.

Kairos has served several other federal clients, including the Department of Defense, Department of Energy and the National Nuclear Security Administration, according to a news release.
