CMS recently awarded contracts to 14 organizations as part of a restructuring of the Quality Improvement Organization Program. These organizations will be known as Quality Innovation Network QIOs and each one will work on strategic initiatives, reducing healthcare-associated infections, reducing readmissions and medication errors as well as providing technical assistance.
The call will include a question and answer session and be recorded. Participants must register online in advance of the event.
