Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene Settles Discrimination Lawsuit Filed by Deaf Patient

Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene (N.H.) will pay a $25,000 federal fine and implement a new program to improve healthcare for deaf patients in order to settle discrimination allegations filed by a deaf patient, according to a Keene Sentinel report.
