The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology has released a recruitment video to help people get acquainted with the infection preventionist role.
The approximately four-minute video delves into the infection prevention field, detailing what infection preventionists do in terms of improving clinical quality and saving on cost. It also includes testimonials from working infection preventionists.
The video can be used to introduce students, interns, staff and administrators to the infection prevention arena.
