Patients at Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center have deemed a group of six nurses working in the hospital's Comprehensive Cancer Center the "Fabulous Six-Pack," as they all became pregnant within several months of each other, reports the Winston-Salem Journal.

The nurses, who work together at the cancer center, have due dates spanning July 30 to December 12.

"It happened one by one and every time we were like, 'Oh my gosh,'" Katie Carlton, the sixth nurse to get pregnant, told the Winston-Salem Journal.

Ms. Carlton found out she was pregnant at work and immediately confided in her coworkers.

"They were the first to know. It's just really cool how close our unit is for all of this to happen at the same time," she told the Winston-Salem Journal. "It's created quite a sisterhood between us. Everyone kind of leans on each other."

The cancer center staffs 28 nurses in total, and Wake Forest Baptist has plans in place to maintain patient care at the center after the nurses take maternity leave, hospital spokesperson Eryn Johnson told USA Today.
