The following is a list of hospitals with the lowest 30-day heart attack mortality rates, according to data from CMS.

The figures are from CMS' Hospital Compare website and represent data from July 2012 through June 2015, the most recent information available.

All of the hospitals on this list have a 30-day mortality rate from heart attack of 11.5 percent or less. The national average is 14.1 percent.
