44 states where COVID-19 hospitalizations are rising: July 21

New daily COVID-19 hospitalization rates in the U.S. have increased 46 percent over the last two weeks, with 43 states and the District of Columbia seeing hospitalization rates trend upward, according to data tracked by The New York Times.

Data is taken from HHS and was last updated July 21.

Hospitalization rates were flat or decreasing in Minnesota, Rhode Island, North Dakota, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Vermont.
