Over the last week, seven-day COVID-19 case averages have risen in 40 states, flattened in two and dropped in eight, according to data tracked by Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center.

Data was last updated Nov. 30. New cases are measured per 100,000 people.
