Walgreens will transfer ownership of seven existing Walgreens Healthcare Clinics in the Cincinnati area to TriHealth.
Set to re-open as the new brand in the first quarter of 2020, "TriHealth at Walgreens" will treat common illnesses and injuries as well as chronic care follow-ups with no appointment needed.
The clinics will be staffed by TriHealth nurse practitioners and will be open daily, including evenings and weekends.
TriHealth will also become part of Walgreens' Find Care platform.
TriHealth is a 5-hospital system based in Cincinnati.
