Indiana University Health has named Buck Stanford, PharmD, vice president and chief pharmacy officer, according to Inside Indiana Business.
Dr. Stanford most recently served as pharmacy operations director for community based care at Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare.
He received his PharmD from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va.
