Alia Paavola -

Drug giant Eli Lilly will cut 250 jobs at its factory in Eastern France, according to Reuters.

The drugmaker will reduce its workforce by offering employees a financial incentive to voluntarily resign.

Eli Lilly employs about 1,400 people at the plant, which produces insulin and oncology drugs.
