Health insurance startup Oscar Health named two members to its leadership team, the company said April 8.
Ivan Wicksteed is Oscar's new chief marketing officer and will oversee growth marketing, content and brand strategy for the health insurer. In his 15 years prior to joining Oscar, Mr. Wicksteed was CMO of Old Navy and Cole Haan, led marketing teams at Converse and Coca Cola, and started his own consulting company, FNDR, in 2017.
Oscar also named Gerard Ohen vice president of talent acquisition. Mr. Ohen will oversee Oscar's recruiting team. He joins Oscar after spending 12 years at Verizon. He most recently served as director of global talent acquisition.
