Magellan Rx Management, a division of Magellan Health, will provide live behavioral health and wellness coaching through its collaboration with the Heuro Health app.
"The collaboration with Heuro offers a unique communication tool that connects people with our health coaches who can support members through something simple like appointment reminders and more complex needs like addressing social determinants of health and how they affect that individual's well being," Magellan CMO Caroline Carney, MD, said in a July 8 news release.
Healthcare coaches from the payer's MRx Navigate program will use the app's video conferencing components to work with members.
