Two Humana executives sold about $3.4 million combined in shares after the health insurer's stock price hit a record high, according to separate Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
Shares of Humana hit an all-time high Nov. 7 of $354.33. Humana CMO Roy Beveridge, MD, and Chief Human Resources Officer Timothy Huval both filed to sell their shares Nov. 8 when market value was around $341 to $345.
Dr. Beveridge sold 4,622 shares at a market value of $1.6 million, while Mr. Huval sold 5,165 shares at a market value of $1.8 million, according to the SEC filings.
