Humana CEO, execs unload $22.7M in stock

Humana President and CEO Bruce Broussard recently moved to sell $7.5 million worth of stock, according to a Feb. 22 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In February, six Humana executives — including Mr. Broussard — plan to sell or have sold roughly 74,000 shares. The combined value of the sales and anticipated sales exceeds $22.7 million, according to Insider Louisville.

Humana's Chief Consumer Officer Jody Bilney planned to sell 23,300 shares, valued at about $7.2 million. Other Humana executives — Chief Human Resources Officer Timothy Huval, CIO Brian LeClaire, PhD, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Heidi Margulis and outgoing CMO Roy Beveridge, MD — also unloaded shares, according to Insider Louisville.
