Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts has appointed Sukanya Soderland as senior vice president and chief strategy officer.
Here are three things to know about her appointment:
1. Most recently, Ms. Soderland worked at international management consulting firm Oliver Wyman, where she was a senior partner in the health and life sciences and digital practices.
2. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School in Boston.
3. She has spoken about driving innovation at scale in healthcare at several forums, including at the Health Evolution Summit and SXSW.
