Steamboat Springs, Colo.-based UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center and Anthem Blue Cross partnered on a health plan, the organizations said April 22.

3. Duke LifePoint, UnitedHealth reach agreement after 4 months
Brentwood, Tenn.-based Duke LifePoint Healthcare and UnitedHealthcare reached an agreement for the health system's employed physicians after a four-month lapse.

4. Las Vegas hospital doesn't contract with any payers
