2. Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health will sell its health plan to Evolent Health, a Washington, D.C.-based value-based care platform.
3. Louisville, Ky.-based Baptist Health plans to shut down its health plan operation in 2018.
4. Late last year, Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare unveiled plans to roll back its insurance business in 2017 after officials attributed lukewarm earnings to its health plan operations.
